a. Free Trial:

MizanMe may offer a free trial period for the Service, for instance, a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, if you do not cancel, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will be billed accordingly. We will notify you before your free trial ends. No credit card is required to start the free trial.

b. Subscriptions:

We offer our Service through a B2C subscription model. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly depending on your choice) until you cancel.

c. Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that we do not provide refunds for any partial subscription periods.

b. AI-Generated Music:

The core of our Service is the creation of AI-generated songs, including music and lyrics ("Generated Content"). MizanMe and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Generated Content.

c. License to Generated Content:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and listen to the Generated Content for your own personal, non-commercial use within the Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise use the Generated Content outside of the functionality provided by the Service (e.g., a "share" feature) without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to:

Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the past twelve (12) months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MizanMe and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
